Digital Brand Specialist
• Drive, plan and document a variety of web site builds that utilize functional and technical best practices.
• Track and report digital marketing key performance indicators; and identify, recommend, and execute improvements for optimizing strategy, budget allocations, end-to-end customer experience (e.g. funnels, inbound marketing, lead nurturing, conversion/touch points), and additional web site improvements.
• Monitor Twitter, Facebook & other relevant sites and actively participate in discussions across communities, social networks & blogs.
• Find the ‘food pulse’ of Africans and identify new ways to get the JAVA experience in front of new customers.
• Spread #JavaLove through exciting blog & social web content.
• Identify and engage community advocates who are equally passionate about our food and being saved from the depressing alternative.
• Work closely with the Group Marketing Manager to streamline the influx of digital marketing processes with existing processes, and assist in scaling a vibrant department.

You will be responsible and accountable for the smooth and seamless operations of the central stores and outbound logistics. You will be among others, required to maintain and share accurate inventory records with the relevant users in a timely manner, develop standards and control procedures that ensure safe and appropriate storage of materials in cold and ambient conditions and maintain effective communication and feedback channels with the branches and head office on operational issues.
You will be a graduate in Supply Chain Management with a minimum of five years’ preferably in the hospitality industry or FMCG experience. You will have demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office, working knowledge of warehouse management and proficiency in materials controls systems. You will have effective verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills and good planning and organizational skills.
You will be able to make purchasing transactions for capital equipment, materials and services after analyzing all the options.
Your responsibilities will include: preparation and maintenance of purchasing records such as vendor quotes, purchasing requisitions, purchase orders and reports; working with various stakeholders in initiating cost saving projects; working with users in developing specifications for materials and equipment and managing inventory reorders based on lead times, par levels, shelf life and potential market development; making decisions which are consistent with the company policy guidelines, the prevailing market conditions and adhere to the code of business conduct and ethics; and performing spend analysis which is used to provide insights in making continuous improvements.
A graduate with a professional qualification in purchasing and supplies management is essential. Minimum 3-5 years’ work experience in procurement preferably in the hospitality industry or FMCG.
You will have the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately, a strong initiative and solid judgment skills and abilities, a high level of integrity and ethical behavior, and ability to work with minimum supervision. A good working knowledge of administrative procedures and computer applications, negotiation, analytical, problem solving and effective communication and coordination skills, working knowledge of import and export operations, effective project management skills, and membership in CIPS or KISM professional bodies are desirable. Experience in accounts desired.

• At least a diploma in refrigeration and air-conditioning.
• Must have at least 3 years hands-on experience in servicing and maintenance of refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment of all types, designs and makes.
Service, maintain and repair machines and equipment in respect of the area of Electrical and Electronics.
• Diploma/Certificate/ Trade Test in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• 3 years experience in electrical maintenance.
• Experience in electronic/electrical servicing or maintenance of hotel/restaurant kitchen equipment will be a distinct advantage.
