Pre-application Requirements
- Soft copy of your National Identification card (front and rear)/Birth Certificate/Passport.
- Soft copy of your high school leaving certificate.
- Soft copy of your KCSE results slip/certificate
- MakesureyouhaveatleastKSH2100inyourMPESAA/C-(KSH.2022payable as the application fee to Mpesa pay bill number 964150.

The Kenya Medical Training College invites applications from qualified candidates for admission into Medical Courses for the academic year 2019/2020 – SEPTEMBER 2019 PRESERVICE & INSERVICE INTAKES and 2019/2020 – MARCH 2020 PRESERVICE & INSERVICE
INTAKE in our 68 campuses situated in different parts of the country. The successful candidates will join the college in September 2019 and March 2020. All applications shall be made ONLINE with an application fee of Ksh. 2022 payable via MPESA pay bill No. 964150 following the procedure outlined on the KMTC website (www.kmtc.ac.ke). You can also get help on the application process from the nearest KMTC campus.
****IMPORTANT NOTE: For Kenyans and Non-Kenyans who have pursued foreign exams locally, you now have a chance to pursue your dream course in KMTC. Please present your certificates for equation and recognition to the Kenya National Qualification Authority (KNQA) whose offices are located in Uchumi House (6th Floor) along Agakhan Walk in Nairobi.

Creating an account
NB/ You must have a valid email address
- Log to KMTC website www.kmtc.ac.ke
- On the menu, click on the PORTAL menu item, the last item on the right side
- You will land on the online registration portal http://kmtc.ac.ke/portal
- If you have registered an account, log in using your email and password
- If you don’t have an account, click on the (Have no account? Register) below the login form.
- This will land you to creating account form
- Enter your valid email and password
- Click on Create Account Button
- An email will be sent to your email address with a link to verify your account.
- Open your email and Click on the email link
- You will be redirected to KMTC portal.
- Fill in your personal information on the account creation form provided
- Click on the register button
- You will be provide you with a form to confirm your data
- Check information accuracy
- Click save changes.
KMTC Application Process
- On the left sidebar, click on the applications
- From the drop-down menu, click apply
- You will be directed to option 1 course selection
- Select the Option 1 course level (Diploma or Certificate)
- Click Search
- A form will appear within the page
- Select your desired course
- Fill in the form details as guided by the from labels
- Make sure that all fields are filled
- Click on submit application
- You will be redirected to Option 2 Form
- Select the course level (Diploma or Certificate)
- Click Search
- Courses under Diploma will be shown
- Select your desired option 2 course
- Fill in the form details as guided by the from labels
- Make sure that all fields are filled
- Click on submit application
- You will be redirected to Upload KCSE certificate page.
- Select the KCSE certificate/ result slip soft-copy file
- Click upload
- You will be redirected to Upload leaving certificate page.
- Select the leaving certificate soft-copy file
- Click upload
- You will be redirected to Upload National ID/ Birth Certificate/ Passport page.
- Select the leaving National ID/ Birth Certificate/ Passport soft-copy file on the front side
- Select the leaving National ID/ Birth Certificate/ Passport soft-copy file on the back side
- Click upload
- You will be redirected to confirm courses page
- Make sure the courses listed reflects your selected courses
- If you wish to change the course click on reject button
- You will be redirected to application page again
- Once satisfied click to confirm and you will be redirected to make a payment of Ksh. 2,022 to MPESA pay bill number 964150 (Confirm that the payment is paid to Kenya Medical Training College)
- Click on confirm button
- If you get a message with a message (“Please pay Ksh. 2022 to pay bill number 964150 To Confirm the Courses”), Please wait for up to ten minutes and refresh the page.
- A confirmation SMS will be sent to your phone number.(Added as phone number 1 during entering of personal information)
