Interested in joining the mombasa campus

if somebody has been admitted by kuccps and fails to report on the day, will the position still be secured to join later?
The course is good. Do we have any school in kisumu
Please I didn’t make to joine last Mombasa campus but I want to do so this year may , can I be given a chance
