KUCCPS List of  Top 10 Universities with Highest Number of  Placed Students 2018

Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has completed processing 606,394 students who sat for the 2017 KCSE exams. Only 62,851 students that had attained attained the minimum university entry requirement of C+ were successfully placed. This means over 500,000 students were not selected to join either public or private universities and colleges.

Some of the universities that received the highest number of students include Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), Kenyatta University, University of Nairobi and Moi University. Find below a list of top ten universities that received the highest number of students.

  7. Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology – 2, 269 students
  8. Mount Kenya University – 2247students
  9. Kabarak University – 2181students
  10. Kisii University – 1,783 students
