KUCCPS Inter University Transfer 2021/2022: How to Transfer From One University to Another in Kenya

The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS)  has opened the online application system for inter-institutional transfer applications. The application is for KCSE candidates who have been successfully placed in various universities and colleges in the 2018/2019 cycle but wish to be transferred to other institutions.

To apply, students need to log into their portal students.kuccps.net and follow instructions outlined therein. The portal may be accessed through the Placement Service website www.kuccps.ac.ke. The application will close on May 30, 2018

KUCCPS 2018/2019 Inter University Transfer  Deadline

Placement Service wishes to inform candidates who have been placed to courses and institutions of their choice but wish to apply for transfer that the online portal will open for inter-institution transfer applications from May 1 to May 30, 2018.  All applications will be submitted online.

KUCPS Rejection of Application 2018/2019

In the event an institution where a student wishes to transfer to does not have a vacancy, the institution MUST indicate so by ticking ‘NO’ on Section B of the application form, which must also be signed and stamped.

The form MUST then be returned to the Placement Service offices for the student to be allowed to download a fresh form and apply for transfer to another institution.
