Responsibilities

• Will head a small registry and work under the supervision of a more senior officer.
• Will receive sort, opening, filing, minuting and distribution of mail
• Dispatching of mails and guiding on files disposal.

Requirements

• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C or its approved equivalent; and
• Proficiency in computer applications.

OR

• Diploma in Records/Information Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
• Computer skills
• Age of 45 years and below

2. Medical Social Worker III (KCSE C plain) – 5 positions

Responsibilities

• Support services to curative/hospital-based, primary, preventive and promotive health
• Counselling patients, families and community at large
• Psychological rehabilitation and home-based care
• Community Follow up of inpatient with poor socioeconomic status( placement of patients)

Requirements

• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C or its equivalent
• Diploma in any of the following: Social work, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Mental health or its equivalent from a recognized institution
• Age of 45 years and below

Terms of Employment

• Medical Social worker III

3. Support Staff (Cleaner)  (KCSE D plain) – 14 positions

Ref: CPSB 27/2018

Responsibilities

• Messengerial duties
• Maintaining office cleanliness within and out of the office

Requirements

• Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade D or its approved equivalent; and
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Age of 45 years and below
